Policy on Revisions
The number of revisions you are entitled to depends on the package you choose. Customers can request unlimited free modifications, provided the design and concept remain unchanged. Revisions are typically completed within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the scope of work.
Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee
Deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after the completion of the work unless Meta Tech Studioz cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than the client’s non-compliance or failure to perform.
Refund requests are subject to the following guidelines
~ Before delivery of initial design concepts: You are eligible for a **full refund*, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
~ Within 48 hours of receiving the initial designs: You are eligible for a **50% refund*, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
~ Between 48-120 hours after the initial design delivery: You are eligible for a **33% refund*, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
~ After 120 hours of initial design delivery: Refund requests will not be entertained. However, you are encouraged to contact us to address any concerns.
~ No action taken for 10 days: If no action is taken on your order for 10 days, refund requests will not be considered. Reactivating your project may incur additional fees.
~ Unresponsive clients: If you fail to participate in the project for more than 10 days, the project will be considered suspended, and reactivation may require additional fees.
~ After final file delivery: Refunds are not available once the final files are delivered. Similarly, refunds for website development will not be provided once the website is completed or made live.
~ Storyboard completion for video animation: Refunds are not available once the storyboard has been created.
~ Third-party services: Refunds will not be provided for Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, or Social Media Services.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions
1. Refunds will only be processed if the initial design concepts are not approved or revised.
2. Refund requests must be communicated through the appropriate channels (see below).
3. Refunds are based on the order being placed in good faith. Refunds will not be granted if a client places multiple orders for the same project with different agencies to claim a refund unfairly.
4. In cases where revisions are required, we will continue to provide modifications to ensure satisfaction instead of issuing a refund.

Delivery Policy
Design files are delivered via the email address provided at the time of order confirmation, typically within 7 to 10 business days. For urgent delivery, first logo samples can be provided within 72 hours for an additional fee.
Record Maintenance
We maintain archives of your finalized designs. Upon request, we can provide your final files in the future.
